The Olympus D-750 is what the photography magazines like to call a "lifestyle camera" these days: a compact, lightweight and easy to use, it's designed for people who don't want to learn all the technical shutter speed, aperture and sensitivity stuff, leaving them to concentrate on what to point it at. It's a very competitive market with the big boys at Canon and Nikon continually introducing new and cheaper models for it.Olympus, though, have always done things a bit differently: they've never tried to be the cheapest, instead making sure their cameras are reliable and produce excellent results, something they've usually done by using superb quality lenses - because, after all, it doesn't matter how many megapixels you have nor how powerful your processor is, it all comes down to the quality of the glass.
The dinky D-750 follows that philosophy. If you covered the Olympus name, nobody would be able to tell you if it was a Nikon, a Canon, a Fujifilm or any of about 15 different brands, but few of them offer a lens quite like this - its zoom range extends from 4.2mm all the way up to 42mm, which is equivalent to 24-240mm in SLR 35mm terms, covering everything from ultra-wide landscapes and group shots to zoomed-in details. Maximum optical zoom is 10x magnification, compared to the 5x or so offered by most in this class, and as you'll know if you've ever tried to use the digital zoom that most compact cameras rely on for anything at this sort of magnification, optical is massively superior.
Resolution is 16 megapixels; no longer the highest in class but still more than respectable, and it translates to 4608 x 3456 pixels - considerably higher than the "mere" 3840 x 2160 pixels of a 4K ultra high definition TV, so you're not going to see any blockiness even blown up to huge size on a monitor. The camera also boasts Olympus' tried and trusted image stabilisation technology, counteracting the vibration-magnifying effects of the zoom and allowing longer exposures in low light without fuzzy edges in the photos, along with a 3-inch 460,000 pixel display, 100-3200 ISO range, 4 seconds to 1/2000th second shutter range, 1280 x 720 pixels at 30 frames per second video capability and superfast USB 2.0 connection - and a ton of shooting modes to cover almost any situation.
The camera is in excellent condition without any notable external damage bar two very minor scuffs on the bottom panel, which are entirely cosmetic and do not affect use in any way. The zoom is smooth and the optics are in excellent order, while the display is fully functional without dead pixels or other damage, though there are one or two specks of dust below the clear cover - again, these do not affect use. All features and controls are in full working order, and the battery door and all other covers are intact. It is supplied with the wrist strap, two batteries and carry case seen in the photos.
Please note that Olympus use CB-USB5 or CB-USB6 cables rather than the more common USB Micro B and USB C to connect to a computer and charge the battery in the camera; no cable is supplied with this camera, but suitable replacements can be purchased for as little as £5 online.

Change of Mind
If when you receive your order you are not completely satisfied, you may return the items to us within 30 days for a refund. Returns will be processed within three working days once the goods have been received by us.

Around 4,000 patients are cared for each year at the Hospice in Cambridge, the Alan Hudson Day Treatment Centre in Wisbech and in patients’ own homes via the Arthur Rank Community Team. This care supports people to improve their quality of life and fulfil their end of their life choices.
Alongside the care provided by the Inpatient Unit, Living Well services and Hospice at Home teams, patients can access: patient and family support; lymphoedema care; complementary therapy; medical and pain outpatient clinics; and advice from the clinical nurse specialists within the Specialist Palliative Care Home Team. Programmes are practical, holistic and tailored to the individual patient, family member or carer and may also include rehabilitative support, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and psychological support.
It will cost £10.5 million in 2021/2022 to run services, which are provided free of charge to patients and their loved ones. Contracted services from the NHS are budgeted at £6.98 million, meaning that £3.52 million needs to be raised through donations, fundraising activities and trading. The Charity is extremely grateful to the local community for the continual dedication, commitment and generosity they show in supporting towards meeting this target.
